Choose a pool builder who has at least one million dollars of public liability and property damage insurance. JCP carries all required Liability and Workers Comp Insurance as required by our insurance carrier.

The cost of building a pool can vary widely depending on numerous factors, including the size, shape, and features of the pool, as well as site-specific considerations and any additional amenities you may desire, such as landscaping or custom lighting. To provide an accurate estimate, we offer complimentary consultations where we can discuss your vision, budget, and specific requirements in detail. From there, we can tailor a proposal that aligns with your needs and provides transparent pricing for your project.

That being said, a basic 15’x25’ pool only with no deck/patio or spa would probably start around $135k.

We are a Jandy warranty station, so that is what we install the majority of the time, but we can install and repair any brand of equipment.

Cartridge and DE filters should be opened up and cleaned out every 6 months. Sand filters need the sand changed out in them about every 5 years.  Make sure you are backwashing the DE /Sand filter every month to help keep your pool looking clean and clear.

There are 3 main types of control systems on the market today. I will explain the Jandy version, but other manufacturers offer similar products. There is a wall mounted unit that would go in your house, there is also a PDA/hand held remote version, or the most popular option at the moment is the app on your phone. Jandy offers Iaqualink which is an app that is on your phone that allows you to control your pool from anywhere.  Had a long day at work? No problem, turn on your hot tub to have it ready when you get home.
